Location: Must be located in a Midwestern or Western state to support travel in this region

Travel: 2-3 times per month for 2-3 days at a time to attend meetings and events

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Sales:

  • Develop and execute a plan to accomplish a quarterly goals for retention and new business growth.
  • Research and maintain account demographics for affiliate, acquiring growth organizations, and hospice organizations.
  • Manage incoming leads as assigned
  • Collaborate with Clinical Sales Specialist for lead development through transition to implementation
  • Coordinate response to RFP requests for new business or existing clients in assigned territories as assigned by SVP
  • Increase revenue through effective day to day management of account development activities from lead development through contracting and implementation. Including, but limited to: prospecting through cold/warm calling, e-mail communication, social media connecting, business letter writing, follow up on marketing campaigns, engagement during and following industry events, research and due diligence activity.
  • Create and execute plan in collaboration with account management for re-contracting with clients nearing term of existing agreements.
  • Create and execute plan in collaboration with account management on existing clients with new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain prospect account demographics in salesforce.
  • Document all stages of sales cycle in Salesforce.
  • Obtain and surpass assigned census targets as outlined.
  • Model and educate other business development team mates on Enclara’s best practices in prospecting and sales activity.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports regarding goal attainment, client meeting/contacts, sales cycle data/information and other reports required by direct manager and executive team.
  • Attend state, regional, and national meetings and events as needed or upon request.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to educate hospice staff to Enclara Pharmacia model offerings.
  • High-energy with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Organized and ability to multi-task between tasks.
  • Ability to model/mentor the sales and business development tasks and skills to other team mates.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, creative and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability of overnight travel up to 3 days/week(weekdays)
  • Excellent oral presentation skills.
  • Well organized, highly motivated and disciplined to a home office work environment.

Education and/or Experience:

  • A Bachelors Degree in related field is required.
  • Experience in the sales OR healthcare industry with a proven track record or meeting/exceeding goals on a consistent basis.
  • CRM platform knowledge required

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$75,000 – $103,200 per year

 

This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
