Step into a transformative experience with our 11-month paid internship in Louisville, KY, designed for students enrolled in the University of Louisville’s accelerated MBA or MS business analytics programs. As an intern, you will collaborate with talented professionals, contribute to innovative projects, and make a real impact across our organization. This is your opportunity to apply your knowledge, expand your professional network, and develop skills that will shape your future career – all while bringing your unique perspectives to a dynamic team environment.
Open to students currently pursuing the University of Louisville’s accelerated MBA or MSBA.Must be based in Louisville, KY for the duration of the internship.

Healthcare Leadership Rotational Program
Humana’s Healthcare Leadership (HCL) Rotational Program is a post-MBA rotational program built for high-potential leaders ready to grow their enterprise perspective and accelerate their careers. Over three years, participants gain broad exposure across the business through structured experiences in strategy, analytics, finance, and operations.
Healthcare Leaders begin with a foundational rotation in Enterprise Strategy, Transformation, Corporate Development or the Office of the CEO, then continue rotating through key business segments across Humana. The program is designed to build versatile, forward-thinking leaders who can drive impact across the organization.

Physician Healthcare Leadership Rotational
The Physician Healthcare Leadership Rotational Program is a three-year leadership development program for physicians designed to build enterprise-wide experience across strategy, finance, analytics, and operations at Humana. Participants complete up to four high-impact rotations, work closely with senior leaders, and gain exposure to key strategic initiatives that help shape the future of healthcare.
