Interview stage
After we review your application, if your qualifications meet our criteria, a recruiter will reach out for an initial interview and guide you through subsequent stages with the hiring manager and team members. The interview process may include phone calls, video interviews, and in-person discussions. For some clinical roles, you may need to complete an online assessment or visit a specific location.
During your interview, we aim to understand you and learn why you’d be a good fit for the role. Be prepared to discuss your work experience and skills related to the position, and don't hesitate to ask questions about the role and our company to ensure alignment with your career goals.
After the interviews, our team will deliberate and make a hiring decision. We strive to provide feedback promptly. If you have any inquiries during this period, feel free to contact your recruiter.

Offer of employment
Should the hiring team decide to proceed, your recruiter will reach out with a verbal offer followed by a written employment offer. Upon acceptance, you'll receive a welcome call or email to start the onboarding process.
A week before your start date, you will receive an email detailing what to expect on your first day at Humana.
