Description
The Senior Guidance Centers Professional assumes broad responsibility for a defined geographic region containing patient care clinics. The Senior Guidance Centers Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Guidance Centers Professional is responsible for financial performance, clinic operations, patient attraction/growth and retention, utilization management, clinic margin performance and cost control initiatives. Develops and maintains innovative partnership opportunities with primary care practices, grows the managed service business, optimizes the network and develops strategic relationships with health plan payers in the market. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
-
5+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience
-
3+ years in customer/member facing roles
-
Demonstrated record of achieving performance goals and objectives
-
Demonstrated analytical skills by integrating complex information, while balancing tactical and strategic initiatives
-
Demonstrated ability to produce desired results by leveraging resources, managing resources and relationships effectively, and defining and communicating clear expectations
-
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, proactive communication and leadership skills including a willingness to consistently provide superior customer service, the ability to react appropriately under pressure, and the ability to apply good judgment in ambiguous situations

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with associates, consumers and internal and external business and community partners

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, SharePoint, etc.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
