Early Identification Program
Humana’s Early Identification (Early ID) Program is a highly engaging, immersive summer experience designed for first-year undergraduate students preparing to enter their second year. Hosted annually at Humana’s headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky, the program provides early exposure to our culture, business operations, and career opportunities.
Focused on pathways in Actuarial Science and Technology, Early ID allows students to explore how their skills and interests align with Humana’s mission of delivering personalized, accessible healthcare. Participants gain valuable insight into our organization while beginning to build a strong professional foundation.
