The Executive Physician Immersion Program (EPIP) is a two-year rotation that gives physicians a comprehensive understanding of Humana’s business, so they can assume leadership roles that help continue the transformation of the company into an integrated care delivery organization.

Program rotations are designed to immerse physicians within key business segments across Humana’s corporate, regional, and market functions.
