Infusion Program
Humana's Infusion Program is a development program for top-tier, graduate-level talent. We engage with students from across the country and "infuse" their diverse thinking and skill set throughout the company. The majority of our opportunities are located at Humana's headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky.

Infusion Program for Full-time Associates
The Infusion full-time program is a two-year program where, in adInfusion Program for Full-time Associatesdition to your role, we provide you with the necessary development to grow your career at Humana. Infusion associates will gain exposure to and learn from Humana's leaders, showcase their talents through cross-functional project work, and be paired with a mentor.

Infusion Program for Summer Interns
The Infusion internship is a 12-week capsule of our full-time program. It's an opportunity for you to give Infusion a test drive, and prove that you are the high caliber talent we need to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace. In addition to a defined individual summer project, you will also have an opportunity to work on cross-functional project with other interns, gain exposure to Humana's leaders, and be matched with a mentor. At the end of the summer, you will be assessed for the Infusion program for full-time associates

Actuarial Professional Development Program (APDP)
Humana supports and values our full-time Actuarial Analysts and Interns with an actuarial professional development program (APDP). We provide opportunities for our associates to progress in developing their professional and technical competencies as an Actuary.
We offer structured, hands-on, and classroom based education and one-on-one time with leaders.

Network Specialty Program
Humana provides a structured two-year training experience for individuals with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Analysts will relocate to a variety of market offices across the U.S. while developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, providers and Humana associates using project management and financial modeling skills.

Humana offers a unique opportunity for college students in Information Technology to learn about IT operations.
